Longevity by definition means a long duration of an individuals life or the length of ones life. Longevity can also mean thinking about means of extending and prolonging a human life as well as living it healthy. Everyone wants to live a long and happy life. Attention is increasing to the subject of longevity. Doctors are coming out with a number of medicines, treatments, and services that all are said to prolong life. Some things you can do to prolong your life is to exercise regularly. Having close relationships with people will help too. Being able to confide in friends and life partners will relive stress and depression.
